Alex and I have known each other since kindergarten, though it was years later when we reconnected and our relationship blossomed from there. My culinary school adventure began not long after, with Alex as my biggest supporter. That’s where the idea of Egga Begga began to take shape. Our joint love for exceptional food, creativity in the kitchen, and a strong sense of community became the pillars of our food truck.
